Veilside1000HP: If you pull the club all the way back parallel to the ground, it doesnt automatically produce longer shots! For most amateurs, a shorter backswing is preferred, for control. Key here is rhytm and tempo, as always. When you master those two, go ahead and swing further and further back, to parallel. Then you might get a few yards. But I'll take rhytm, tempo and control over longer yardage any day! ;)

Nice straight hit but it could have gone further, I noticed your club is not all the way back parallel to the ground. If you do a full swing it could have gone further but it all depends on if the green at the edge on the other side of the lake. None the less, nice drive.
