@Clint945 If there is NO equalibrium, say that it is a design that creates chaos, like the Howard Johnson permanent magnet motor, then you would be thinking" outside the Box". If Gravity effects the continum , then spinning the motor like a gyro on magnetic bearings solves the problem. Ultrasonics and vibration is also a field not truly understood and implemented. . But to suggest its imposssible, questions your crediblity.

Won't work.
They'll simply rotate to the nearest equilibrium point and stay there...
changing the orientation of the magnets doesn't make them 'push the wheel round' it just changes the equilibrium point.
Free energy is a non-starter. Like this motor.

What is the force required to run an electric generator to the capacity needed to operate your electric vehicle? If a Magnets can run a Motor, how efficient will they be? Your wheels(On the Highway) can also create enough electric current to run your motor.

where are the coils ? you can't get motion from static magnetic fields permanent magnets create. Permanent Magnets act like springs, if you don't introduce energy from the outside nothing is going to happen.

@ArtisanTony I'm pretty sure time would slow down so that light would travel at a constant speed. If the speed of light is a constant value you can't increase it you accelerate its source. So if speed is distance over time either the distance would shrink or time would slow down.
