And the original version of the album Axis Mutatis ('Abor Morla Abor Mala'), THAT version of the album hasn't dated in any shape or form. If u can find it (&it was highly limited edition) &u love experimental ambient techno, u'll love it :-)

Their old stuff pre-Boss Drum hasn't dated that much. Their last album UV went back 2The Shamen of old &if u listen 2that album now, apart from 'Universal' & '1999 Mix', that album hasn't dated much either. God knows we need another act like The Shamen now.

Things like the En-Tact album etc was The Shamen sound they were remembered 4. But when L.S.I was a hit due 2Beatmasters edit, Birkett @OLI wanted hits. So The Shamen sounded 'of the time'.

@frankiebones01 Ur mix is bar far 1of the best. It's dark, broody & still kicks balls now. I used 2love ur mixes when I was at the Progen tours/Return To The Source tours etc in London. U still remixing/producing?

Yea m8 your right i own it in my collection and have it pictured in my shamen uploads its called PROGENY and some of the mixes are actually called Bang to the beat of the drum on the vinyls....P.S. sorry im a year late lol but i had to comment to the great frankie bones.....lol

@frankiebones01 agreed mate, 20 years + on and this is the only mix I still listen to. They dont make them like they used to.
