IMPORTANT - Read This First - The pace of this video is breathe in, hold, breath out, hold. If the pace is too fast for you (i.e. you have greater lung capacity) then follow the same pattern but slow down the process. In other words, if this is too fast don't follow the prompts just follow the technique. Breathe in for 3-4 seconds, hold for 3-4 seconds, breathe out for 3-4 seconds, hold for 3-4 seconds and repeat.

A simple breathing pattern you can use to relax for basic stress relief and management.

  • What's the difference between "breathe in, hold, breathe out" and "breathe in, hold, relax, breathe out"?

  • Nothing. Just trying to break the monotony of repetition.
