It sounds as if you are flying with the stock motor. Try to upgrade to a ZPower Z5150 ($20,-) and you will have a totally different heli with a lot more "pop"

Awesome. It looks like you have the beast under control. You might have it a little over pitched from the sound of if bogging. A common mistake with this size heli. Try lowering your pitch mix so that it doesn't bog as bad. The performance will still be there and your battery will thankyou with longer flight times and a cooler lipo. Keep up the good work. NIce flying.
