you haven't beaten U7 until you've left caltrops in the doorway of the Fellowship Church right before afternoon gathering.....

Wrong. With out training Those weapons would not have been accurate. Plus I don't believe you are instantly level 8. I have been in that room playing the game normally and still only been level 7.

I always get burn in that part, don´t know how do you pass all the fire walls, I just get killed. Always, Exult lags a lot.

@Smartchoy Using the invis rings enables me to get through some of the required sections much more quickly than without. As for using the wand, you have to kill all three NPCs in the last room before you can use the wand and get the good ending. That's why I did not do it.

never completed the game without cheating. mission-critical items kept disappearing, and a few times i forgot i shouldn't fly over that door with the carpet.

anyways, i've tried teleporting in with the cheat map and also with the cheat room. maybe levelled up only once or twice. and everytime i got in the room, everyone went up to level 8! in the original version and with exult.
