First Generation Entertainment Ltd - Toronto Greek Band - Zilia Mou

Toronto Greek Band - First Generation ΠΡΩΤΗ ΓΕΝΕΑ has been entertaining audiences with their energetic performances since December 31st, 1990. The band was originally formed by Konstantine Arnokouros and Anastasia Bethanis Arnokouros and is based in Markham, Ontario.

Since that time they have established themselves as one the most versatile and entertaining bands in North America's Greek Community. Appearances have ranged from all across Canada and the United States to one special weekend in Maracay, Venezuela in March of 1998. The band also has released two CD's titled, Party Mix Volume 1 & Party Mix Volume 2 that are being played by D.J.'s all over North America. Party Mix Volume 1 was released in July 2003 and was awarded, "Best Dance Album of the Year" as well as "Best Seller of 2003." Party Mix Volume 2 is a collection of 26 classic Laika hits originally written in the 1950's and 1960's. First Generation has now recorded these undying party favourites into six non-stop dance medleys.

This seven piece ensemble features Drums, Bass Guitar, Acoustic & Electric Guitar, Bouzouki, Keyboards, Violin and Anastasia & Konstantine on Vocals. Dedicated to their clients needs, First Generation also offers an International blend of music for their "non Greek" audiences. Their repertoire includes: Italian, Latin, Portuguese, Serbian, Fifties & Sixties, Seventies & Eighties pop rock, Adult contemporary and Greek music from different parts of Greece.
