The best thing about those RMPs is that the dash was flat and you could write shit on it. Also you could eat of it, because no one got to go 63 back then. We were in back log for 3 straight weeks ! LOL

OMFG! It's those original white-on-blue RMP's that the NYPD used to use! They should apply this livery back to the department on todays Crown Vic's, Impalas and Econolines!

Absolutely before college was a requirement and the guys OTJ were actually guys who grew up in the city and were regular neighborhood guys.
