A Demon Weilder is sum1(in this case a Pokemon) who weilds(has) a Demon. Not technically owning the Demon but relying on the Demon when in trouble for help if they were to need it. Only a small few can have Demons though, without enough power built inside them to withstand themselves & a Demon they cannot have a Demon. Srry if that was confusing "^_^
