Hi Peterchoi,
Just happened to see your video browsing through You Tube. Hope you got a solution in the meantime, but I got exactly the same problem on mine and managed to fix it.
The origin was the (famous on all vintage Duals) "steuerpimpel" under the tone arm lifting mechanism being flattened by use.
