@fehquig.. You know, I've had that thought many a times. I really would love to draft and propose a plan to a cruise ship company with many Titanic-esque.. including the Verandah Cafe and Parisian. I'm from Rhode Island, and we actually do have a company here that designed many of the interiors of the Oasis of the Seas, such as the Old English Pub on board. Quite fascinating really. :)
