This is Piano Concerto No. 5 in E flat "Emperor", Op. 73 - Adagio un poco mosso by Ludwig van Beethoven. Also, Beethoven is not a composer from the Baroque era but, rather, from the Classical era (bridge to Romantic era).

Beethoven was NOT a baroque composer. The Baroque period was 100 years and over BEFORE Beethoven.
