@tloebel48 Personally I would not use this mat after looking at your website. It looks cheap there are a lot of qualities you need when looking for a yoga mat. A few pictures on them is not high on my list.

i have a question, does yoga burns fat? or is it just for relaxation and balance and stuff?

@oOEmanOo Sure yoga certainly can burn fat and build strength. Its like with running you can burn fat , but if you have not first learned to walk you will not be able to burn fat by running. The same goes with yoga . You need to have some fundamentals before you can use it to its full potential. What you eat is a key factor in this area.

@oOEmanOo Of course if you can't walk, then you can't run . If you don't have the fundamentals of yoga you do not have a platform to move further with it. Its a big subject, diet ( what you eat) is the main one you have to think about.
