Awesome vid! How did you model the coal load in the tender (and the hopper for that matter?) I am scratchbuilding a loco right now and am a bit up in the air as to how I'm going to model the coal load realistically. Thanks! ~Aaron

thanks, the layout is in a room 9'-10" x 21'-0". I just sold an article on it to Kalmbach and in the next couple years they may publish it in one of their mags.

Sweet. A fine little engine, from the looks of it! I recognize the Shifter boiler...is it the older cast metal or newer plastic? Where'd you get that shorty tender?

The boiler is the old cast metal boiler. The tender is scratchbuilt. Go to Railroad-line forums and search for "holiday locomotive project" to find a thread on its construction.
