Anthony Gair Addresses Putnam Valley,N.Y. Town Board (partial)

Anthony Gair addresses Putnam Valley, New York Town Board in opposition to Moratorium on property development proposed by than Town Supervisor Sam Davis who was not a Town Property owner and paid no property or school taxes. Gair argued it was an unconstituional taking of property without Due Process of Law. The law was not passed, Davis was not re-elected and faded into well deserved oblivion. He was succeeded by Bob Tendy who continues to be Town Supervisor to date. Gair helped form Democrats for Tendy as he was a Republican, and continues to support him to date.
