Thanks for your help! I did it without the multiple boxes. The button allows you to put a portal on the side of the wall in the very last section of the chamber so you can jump instead of climb the boxes.

They should have found a way to edit out the Ratman stuff, unless it's supposed to be something else for the purposes of this game. Since this takes place before everyone was killed by GLaDOS the Ratman drawings shouldn't be all over. It's a great game for being fan made, and I wouldn't know how to try this to do better, but a few things they did kind of bug me.
