@silentk1987 what the hell? to this point a dislocation sux? mate, comman, the second time you did dislocating your shoulder will little force than the initial dislocation, in what direction your second dislocation happened? they say a broken bone is better than a dislocated shoulder, there is a logic behind this say.

but dont give up, try everything to heal your shoulder.

@Some1cracker1 I would recommend surgery I waited a whole year after my first dislocation just to have it happen again. I guess 90% of the time a person needs surgery, I am 6 months out of surgery and for a month now I have been lifting weights, my shoulder feels strong and in place with only a little pain, the only thing that sucks is there is a lot of physical therapy involved it will take a whole year to get my shoulder functioning completely normal .

@dislocateDshoulder89 Hey I was the same as you I dislocated my shoulder a crap load of times, I tried everything to fix it, but in the end surgery was the only thing that helped. If you have no insurance for a shoulder surgery do what I did, save up for the down payment then get it done.

I dislocated my shoulder 4 months, three weeks ago, and it hasnt got better since, my shoulder now, cracks, snaps, clicks, and goes unstalbe whenever doing any simple task. all the stability i had before is long gone, all the power i had in my shoulder is long gone, i now cant even reach out to any over position, i can move the head of my humures at will, this injury is worst than death, when you die, you dont move ur shoulder, when you dislocate it, you DONT move it too.

Hah first time it happened on my right shoulder I wen't to the hospital. First two time's it happened on my left shoulder I wen't to the hospital but, right shoulder I have had no troubles with since 4 years ago. First time it happened on both shoulders I landed on top of them causing them to dislocate when I flipped of my dirtbike. Second time on my left I just extended it to far in volleyball in school. Next two times on my left I have popped it back in myself. Yesterday was the fourth t.

I popped mine out and face braked, pushed my bike a mile and a half up hill, then cycled downhill another 2 miles and had a pint before getting a lift to hospital where they told me how to pop it back in myself.

@Tugaida they did something called orthoscopic sugery where they just put in little hooks tightening the ligiments. 3rd surgery there cutting open my whole shoulder

dislocated shoulders hurt alot i did it 4 time the last time was just 3 days ago snow bording and know i got to get surgery but any way when it first comes out you better off just putting it in your self the longer you wait the harder it is to get it back in

well clearly 991 was a typo dont act dumb and ive dislocated my shoulder three times playing football first time i went to hospital cause i was like 10 but other two times they poped it back in place on the field.... so i think i know how it feels. so where u said u cant just pop it back in umm there are many vids on youtube of people popin dislocated shoulders back in

@ervinai3 ---well obviously u have never dislocated your shoulder. and im willing to bet your not a doctor. you cant just pop it back in, and im really surprised that this kid isn't in any pain. cause when i dislocated my shoulder (over 40 times) it's the worst pain you can ever imagine---p.s. 991 does nothing.

He probably didnt tear any ligaments or tendons when he dislocated it cause if so he would be in way more pain. I would know cause I have torn ligaments and tendons in my shoulder from dislocating it a couple of times.
