A 135 acre mixed-use waterfront resort community at the gateway to the Golden Isles. This is an area rich in history and clients with high expectations.
THE PROBLEM:
Though the project already had a variety of marketing collateral and a website in place, none of these items provided a clear vision of the project.
OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Marketing & Creative initially reviewed the existing collateral and interviewed key players from the development team to understand the key messages and to create a script that would capture the essence and lifestyle of the project. Very little design information was available. In fact, only a hand drawn sketch of the site, a few houses and a single CAD drawing of a portion of the town center were available.

They need to do something to improve our town though.
Esp. since they are trying to bring in college students from out of town.
They need to build some more places to shop. All these places to eat , but no place to find a decent clothing store.

Man... I can't see this ever happening. It looks way too nice for Brunswick, and it's right next to a seedy part of town.
On the flipside, it's nice to know what the hell they were trying to do. I drive past that place all the time, see that big, desolate field, and wonder what they were going to do with it.

I have no idea what is going on with it now. But with the economy, it could be a while.

too bad LH is now just vacant land near some old run down plants. Any idea if they ever plan to start this back up? All I ever see are those two cookie cutter homes.
