You are spot on, on this issue. Get this, the drug companies organise 'seminars' with free food and drink, where they hard sell their product to them afterwards. Whether it works or not is irrelevant, they just want to ship their dope out to patients, and they endorse the doctors to sell their brand of meds.

Really furious is annoying me alot, he wants to act really smart by doing a lot of gestures and speaking in a way that makes him look smart but we don't wanna hear him talking

Late comment however I agree completely and also a lot of the time these companies who are paying independant researchers and stuff make sure that it's worded tricky so they can't be held liable for it. For instance saying something is "not bad for you" allows the company to say, if that's proven wrong, "well in small doses it's not harmful". Or, "Well, we never said it was good for you".
