I've used this on several old locos (UK OO gauge - Mainline, Hornby, Jouef etc.) where the traction tyres have perished. It's pretty easy to apply, and it works. When my little jar of the stuff runs out (it does keep fine with the lid firmly on), I'll be buying another. Highly recommended.

This is wonderful how alot of model railroaders go through the effort of making an instructional video to help out their fellow hobbyists; I salute you!!!

Please pardon my ignorance of me asking this, but if this stuff like a liquid rubber to replace traction tires or something? I was thinking of doing this on my old Triang Blue Pullman to give it better traction if thats the case.

Hi yes it is like rubber and it can be applied over the traction tyre of as a replacement. It may increase your traction by 50% as a previous customer who also had old triang models tested the first batch for me.
Just search on ebay for it. bullfrog snot
