The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has signed a deal to work with Russia and Asia's Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTA). Both sides are concerned with the situation in Central Asia and, especially, in neighbouring Afghanistan. Why? To talk about this issue, we'll be talking to the Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre, Herbert Salber.
