Duke has one of the largest college basketball fanbases in the nation, they shouldn't have a problem filling their seats, and they don't. In 2008 they averaged 9,314 attendance per game, exactly their capacity. VT averaged 9,815 of 10,052 seats ( BTW 10,052-9,815=237 not 1,500). That's an average of 98% capacity in every game, 4th highest in the ACC. The point is, you're a fucking idiot if you think Cassell is the worst arena in the ACC. We would blow your shit school out of the water.
Hey, Shit-for-brains! Duke's arena capacity is 50% larger than their undergraduate student body. To have similar fan support, Virginia Tech would need an arena that holds 31,000 instead of 10,000. And you don't fill your seats, idiot. Your average attendance last year left 1,500 seats EMPTY... and that was one of your BEST basketball seasons (as laughable as that is!) All the schools you named are tiny private schools... save Clemson, which has an arena with capacity 10,000 exactly like VT.
I mentioned Cameron Indoor because this "football school" has a bigger basketball facility than the biggest basketball school in the ACC (Duke). We also have a bigger arena than Georgia Tech, Miami, Boston College, and Clemson. That makes Cassell larger than 5 ACC venues. Plus, we actually fill our seats, unlike some schools with larger arenas. How about I leave my last comment and make you look like a dumbass in the process.
And? I said 2ND SMALLEST, idiot! First smallest = Cameron. No wonder you go to Virginia Tech.. you don't know your ordinal numbers. This has to be the most embarrassing thing you've ever typed. I hope you don't delete it, so everyone can see how stupid you are.
@sleepfortheteam yeah dukes a shit school...

You mean 2nd smallest? And why is it so small? Because Hokies don't support any sports but football.

I guess that's why the Washington Times rated Cassell as the 2nd best arena in the ACC.
