as a driver at con-way your time there is limited. con-way attitude is that your privileged to have a job with them. theres alot of unspoken rules to abide by. if you get your truck stuck in the snow delivering to a customer they write you up. if you tell the dispatcher you cant make the delivery due to snow they write you up. if your log doesn't match the black box on the tractor exactly they write you up. yeah you make good money at con-way but your time is limited.

Conway is NOT a great place to work. Management has NO BACKBONE and doens't defend their employees. Drivers, mechanics and people on the dock are treated like crap. It's a shame.
