Begin by laying on your back on the floor. Raise your feet into the air so that your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle and your lower legs are parallel to the floor. Flex your feet. Place your hands behind your head, but be sure not to use them to lift or pull your head upwards. Breathe out as you lift your upper body. Breathe in as you drop your upper body down again; do not drop your upper body fully to the floor.
