Does Necro Vamprism increase weapon damage other than the enchanted weapon damage?

@uykyk1 - if you have necromage, enchant one of your armor pieces with fortify one-hand. even if it says "by 20%" you'll get the extra weapon damage boost through the enchantment being boosted.

Hey guys, by using 31% Fortify Alchemy gear i just always get 38% Fortify Enchanting Potions, no 42%.

Why?

It only affects buffs that give statistical advantages.

If DB gloves said "200%", or "+100%" damage, then it would be changed to "300%" or "+125%". This is because actual words can not change in the game script; it does not recognise "times three" being the direct higher of "times two". The game see's it all as completely unrelated letters combinations. But number's can and do change, quite often in fact. The games does recognise successive number, but only that.
