1. open uTorrent and go to :
Options ----- Preferences
2. click on Connection and type this port: 45682
3. click on Bandwith...
Maximum upload rate: 15
Maximum download rate: 1890
Global maximum number of connections : 200
Maximum number of connected peers per torrent: 2329
Number of upload solts per torrent: 14
Click on BitTorrent and select : Enabled
Click on Queueing...
Maximum number of active torrents 60
Maximum number of active torrents 63
