As you saw in the LVWSD video of the broken sewer pipe on Saturday 4 August 2007, two workers were submerged neck deep in a water hole in their attempt to stop the leak. A representative from Florida's DEP spoke about safety of Lanark Village Water and Sewer District workers at a special workshop on August 9, 2007.
