You have inspired me so much, at first i was not going to do it because of the excess skin and i cant afford cosmetic surgery, but looking at your video's has changed my mind, i am motivated and ready to change my whole life style and eatng habits, i will start the processing in Jan of 2012 because thats when my insurance will cover it, i will keep you posted.

@TakingU2Skool I lost more than 63lbs hun. This video was only 3 months out. In 8 months I reached my goal weight and I lost a total of 115 lbs.

@MzzLyricBaby Sorry for such a late response but Im just checking in on you and making sure that no one has convinced you not to get the surgery. Dont pay attention to others and do what your heart tells u to do. I hope you got a surgery date.

Hello, I just wanted you to know that I have been viewing your video's and I decided to do the surgery. I am scheduled to have the lap band on October 21st of this year and just wanted to know what was your diet before and after? I think you said it was liquid. @skymoon1982 Hey girl. Had problems with my insurance so had to schedule another appt out of town. But I don't have to go to the seminar. And from then to now without the lap band Ive been loosing weight. But I when I get a chance to get out of town to go to my first appt. out of town, I don't know, well see, I will keep u posted :)

You really look amazing! I was wondering what r you sticking with eating during this transformation, I just had my lap band almost a month ago and after getting off the liquids I feel I'm not losing any more weight and is discouraging ..
