Roll tide comes from in the 20s or 30s it was a rainy game at home for alabama and we had crimson socks on and we punished them up and down the field. At the same time out color was bleeding off the socks and turned the water on the field crimson. Alabama looked like a crimson tide rolling all over them there for, roll tide.

I think it's a little odd for a cop to be suspicious of a guy - by himself - pumping gas after hours, NOT dressed like a gang banger and NOT walking around the store peering through the windows. Yeah, that cop sounds a little inbred to me...kinda stupid. Things around the country are messed up in their own way, but nevertheless there are ups and downs to them all. On the West Coast, you may lack in good conservative values, but you have a very entertaining and sophisticated culture.
