現在のアメリカのチョパーと言うとハリウッドセレブにもユーザーも多く、その影響もあってかすっかり高額でステイタスなイメージの物が多いですね〜。実際にセレブな人が股­がっている分にはOKでしょうが乗物と乗ってる人とのバランスが悪いとカッコ悪いので日本で日本人が乗るとなるとチョット現実的には難しい？ま〜そんな事はど〜でも良いん­ですがそんなモデル達がミニチュアでも定番的に各社からラインナップされていて中々人気となってます。実車では買えないし似合わなくともミニカーならOKで、これが何台か­並ぶとカッコ良さも倍増して良いです！　でもやっぱり小・中学校の頃に刷り込まれた世代の僕としてはオールドスクールのバタ臭いチョッパーが好き。そ〜なると結局は当時の物で探すしか無いのが現状です。ましてダ­イキャストとなると70年代初頭のマテルの「ランブラーズ」に叶う物も変わる物も無いのです。でも当時はムーブメントとなっただけに無名のブランドでもチョッパーのモデル­自体はちょこちょこあったりするのです。そんな中で久しぶりにこんなのを見付けました！　一見して無名のブランドであるムードを漂わせるパッケージ、モデル自体も「ランブラーズ」を確実に意識しつつも微妙に外してイイ感じ？　ライダーのポーズは全く違うスタイルの物からの流用としか思えないミスマッチっぷりで、そのくせモデルは意外にシャープと正しいB級感が魅力と言えます。　ど〜やら「SCAME MASTAF」と言うのがブランド名らしくイタリア製となってます。パッケージの右上の写真を見る限りバイクだけのシリーズの様ですが見たのはこれが初めて。こんなダメダ­メ70sの物についついつられてしまうんですよ。
