I remember seeing this live on the Loxene Golden disc awards. It was great to see something like this at the time, as all we had otherwise was stuff like Mr Lee Grant, Bunny Waltes, John Rowles, Ray Columbus etc. Definitely too close to Bowie, and thats why we never really heard any more of the band.

I don't know you but the guy who sings reminds me a lot of Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory. His facial expressions are the same haha :P

Check out my video response (Space Waltz Alastair Riddell) from a few years ago.
Plus find out the 'true meaning' of the song, ie: what the song was about.
It was OTT, very cutting edge for it's day !.
Plus i think it is GR8 that younger people like this N.Z. 1974 Galm Rock classic !!.
It's the kinda music i grew up with. :-)

I felt sorry for Alastair with the judges comments on Studio One / New Faces about the lip sync and general comments, except the late Phil Warren had it right even if he had, had a few aperitifs in the green room pre show.
Phil knew talent when he saw it !
