This is what happens when you microwave ivory soap. OF course, you can also make it useful again as thick and slimy homemade liquid hand soap by adding some water...just watch!

  • @TR1GrTR3Y If you tried cooking it at the same time, probably. It did not, however, affect food cooked later, at least in our microwave.

  • @tashahou Well, by definition, it would become a gas, but if you mean boiling it in water, it would indeed become a liquid.

  • ~!~Do you have to use ivory soap or can it be any kind ~!~

  • I'm not sure...I haven't tried since we always buy Ivory. I would assume that Ivory would work best since it is produced to contain extra air bubbles.
