Premiums have gone up 119%, but PROFITS have gone up well over 300%. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that while they are increasing premiums, they are actually cutting health care.

If you get sick, they are going to stall and stall and stall until your give up. Your poor, you can't wait forever. They are rich, they can wait indefinitely.

So the government is going to do a better job? Please I would refer you to the USPS, Amtrak,Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security. The real answer is allowing more insurance companies in and allow them to sell across state lines. Create real competition and stop playing all these ridiculous games.

Technically, you could abuse free speech if you do some attack a person or group of people based on race, sex, age, status, religion, etc. That harm the reputation of the person and offense the same person. Saying that somebody is a cunt, an ass hole, a commy is not cover by this limitation... Because the plaintiff have to prove is not an ass hole/a cunt/a commy, and that this hurt his reputation. But saying "this fucking stupid negro is a fucking liar" is cover, indeed.

Sure, I agree with your sentiment but allow me to clarify.

In the case of the town hall brats, they're abusing their rights of speech by disrupting civic functions for political gain. It's like shouting "fire" in a crowded theater.

And the protesters and teabaggers are not quite abusing their rights yet but they are close. The protests sometimes tote around guns and hint at future events being an armed mob. That's abusing the right to peaceful assembly and the right to bear arms.
