So what does Time Square and a new restaurant in Schmitty's hood have in common this New Year's Eve? Lady Gaga! What? Yup, LG will be helping Mayor Bloomberg with the ball dropping in Times Square and then helping her Dad open his new restaurant. Looks like Schmitty The Weather Dog is going gaga for 2012!
