The first tune is the Gleanntan I believe and the last is one of O'Keefe's but anyone know the names of the others?

Ok if you want to get technical, "technically" they are single jigs. A "slide" is a nickname for one of the dances commonly included in most of the popular Kerry-Cork dance sets and which is usually danced to a single jig.
Of course common usage dictates and I don't know if you'll find many ITM enthusiasts, myself included, that don't call them slides.
