ok youre really far ! use 3/8" filted steel rods for the axels ... make a pivot around it with steel pipe 3/8" inside diameter ... use snowbladesis the most effective thing , for the rest use a hand steelsaw and a pressdrill ,...for soldering...go to the machine shop/// for the rest , its kind of industrial secret
