My guess, and it is only a guess is this.....the rapture of the church could be the event that sends the world into the turmoil needed to usher in the antichrist. He may already have been 'revealed' at that point but not in power yet.  Just think what will be going through the minds of the unbelievers left behind on Terra Firma.

FYI rapture AFTER trib! matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Wow, I'm surprised, it even says in the bible that God created Adam and Eve... not ALIENS! These "aliens" are really fallen angels(demons), and they're trying to deceive man kind. I was raised Catholic, but this is one decision that I don't agree upon, it most certainly does conflict with God's word. :(
