One question... can i use my night bringer in a 750 point army i know the points work out but am i allowed to use somthing such highly pointed?

@TheTIGSY Yes, you are allowed to use the Nightbringer in a normal game. A minimum-sized Necron army including him is 720 points, so you don't have much left for other stuff.

i want to make my first army, but money is tight...are 500pt games common enough to have fun?

@sonhighguy That depends on your local gaming situation. 500 points is enough to have a fun game, though.

500 pts necrons is unfair for the crons

1 lord 2 squads of warriors.

Note that we are playing 40k in 40 minutes, which means that only 1 Troops choice is required, and you don't have to take a HQ choice if you don't want to.

This helps the situation for Necrons, but they are still struggling to compete.

When you were moving the scarabs and tomb spyders up the rocky outcrop, u have to measure up the side of the cliff, u cant just go full distance over a cliff.

I just love this hobby because EVERYONE IS SOO KIND i mean i guy lended me his 2000 points of chaos so i could try them out. I love this hobby

Why is it 500 points?
