Howzit Done? Offset Cone Weave

The ALT-MOST test is used by 29 states to test your motorcycling skills. Here's help with one of the most frightening parts--the Cone Weave. I was going to cut it to under 5 minutes but that would have whacked the practice set up section so it's still pretty long.
