Have you never heard of European Delivery for BMW, Mercedes, Audi? Audi gives me a 5% discount off the S4, which helps pay for my vacation to Europe, where I get to drive my S4 on the Autobahn & around Europe for as long as like. I'll get VIP perks, to visit the Audi factory & Audi will help me plan my trip. When I'm ready to go home, I drop off my S4 at a designated place, & Audi ships it to California for me, no extra charge.
