@Lied2Bad If you would actually take the TIME to READ when I said to begin with, you might find that I agree with you up to a point. You don't win people over by calling them names, etc. I have a copy of the U.S.Constution in my car, at home and also ON my cell phone. I do know it, believe me. Drivers Licenses fall under the perview of the STATE, not FEDERAL. You're an intelligent person, think before you react. You couldn't be more wrong about me if you tried.
