Glen Dance Studios located at 3 Park Plaza in Old Brookville. Sit with Kim Leary and learn what makes Glen Dance the right place for child to learn and grow with a good group of people. We spent a few days with Miss Leary as she spoke about her beginnings and her approach to teaching. From what we saw the children had a great time and it felt like an extended family.
In the second half of the show Kevin gets schooled in karate by sense Hender Alvarado. We get a glimpse into his dojo and learn how he began and how he teaches. Hender speaks of bullying and how karate teaches children not only self defense, but first control and respect. His teachings are interleaved with the schools the children go to.
