How to stack a cake..my way!

In this video I am stacking a 4 tier wedding cake. This is the way I do it. My cakes travel stacked, so they need a strong support system. This works for me. Hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching! Ed...

hello! your video is beautifulst, yuo are indeed super! excuse my English, but is Italian and use a translator of google. I asked a thing, but cardboard dowels, they are eaten?

is ok, I speak spanish so I know all about languague barriers!..Internet is a wonderful help. Cardboard boards are not edible. If I am not wrong cardboard in italian is cartone. Is not edible.

I do my dowels leveled with the fondant on fondant cakes.
