Why We Are To Stay In Iraq-What The Media Isn't Telling You!

My views on what we should do with the situation in Iraq and the good things going on there that the mainstream left-wing media is telling you about in their news reporting about Iraq!!!

We all believe that the U.S. should look after itself, its own interests, its own people, its own borders, and that we should not be the police force of the world! I do however believe that the U.S. has the right to go after those who attack us, that is why we're in Afghanistan and the original reason as to why we went to war with Iraq. Iraq was a mistake, but as Governor Huckabee basically said in the debate "we broke Iraq, so we bought Iraq."

We as an honorable people and an honorable nation, have the obligation to leave Iraq in a condition better then we found it in, whether we went there legally or illegally is no longer the question. The question is, do we want to leave Iraq with our dignity and honor intact? If we wish to continue to be an honorable people and an honorable nation, then we must do right by the Iraqi people and fix their country that we broke!

In the Fox News debate, real time focus groups weren't happy with the fact that Ron Paul thought getting more votes was more important then our honor, in that exchange with Governor Huckabee, real time focus groups were on the side of the gov. message of honor over votes. We as conservatives, republicans, libertarians, independents, democrats, liberals, progressives, traditionalists, and Americans as a whole should do what is right by Iraq and keep our honor!!!

Governor Huckabee and myself aren't just talking about the honor of conservatives or republicans! But the honor of the American people the honor of our country!!! Those soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan are American heroes! Men and women willing to put their lives on the line to protect their country and to bring freedom to the people over there. Do you want to leave Iraq in shambles? Do you want to leave them in chaos and leave this country without honor? Do you want the soldiers to come home, with work still left to do, with people still left to protect? Leaving Iraq will not stop the terrorists, no matter how much anyone believes that, they are fooling themselves! Lets do right by the Iraqi people and bring our soldiers home... once we know that the Iraqi people have a home they can go to and a home to be proud of!

Amazing to see the raw video and stories from the soldiers of how much the Iraqi people love them down there! They're living this war in their own front yards, yet they truly appreciate the work the US has done and is continuing to do for them!! They were once ruled by corrupt government and terrorists, but now we've started to liberate them and set the country back on it's feet!

To think some of the American public would be so blind towards the gratefulness of the Iraqi people for our soldiers!

My father visited Iraq (lecture Bagdad univ.) before the embargo and it was by far the most advanced country in the zone. It had great education, for both men and women. A great health system (my dads an M.D). So yes there rebuilding the country but weve let it be destroyed for the last 20 yrs.

-after 9/11 Bush wash totaly lost, he had no idea what to do, but someone had to pay. So where did the u.s have most combat ready troops already on the sceene. Whats more hadnt Saddam said he wanted to get paid in Euros instead of Dollars, imagine other countries like Venezuela had the same idea, nasty.
