@saxophonehero it's really annoying when people say a sports is better than another, it's all opinion there are no factors that make a sport better, but if you're talking about popularity, football wins that one.

Why does these rugby vs football (american) debates always start? Not one is better then the other, just because you claim to play both doesn't mean sh*t. It's personal preference I've heard many who say they play both have their own preference.

@AceFaceJarv i have played both and i agree 100%, rugby is a much harder sport to play than football it is also alot more enjoyable to the people playing it

@Kazter11 even with a leg lift done correctly and if you land correctly you should be ok , ive seen more injures on the person tackling than the person tackled usually because they tackled at the knee and broke their nose from being kneed in the face
