That was short and to the point, well done. I've know to many people who are actually scared to alter anything for fear or irreparable harm. This should calm most any fear.

I'm not listen to you agin. <.< now i cant get rid of the text in my navigation bar and when i do it gets rid of the text of my css toolbar.

Right click your toolbar in a blank area, click "customize", and then click "Restore Default Set" to return Firefox to its original settings if you manage to mess up the toolbar. That stuff happens while customizing :).
Also, some themes cause problems with toolbar displays.
