Islam does not approve music and even says it is a sin. It is only because of the influence of Persia and Hindustan the music could find ts way in Islamic religious devotion. Sufi's are treated bad by Islam. Only in Hindustan you will find recognition to them. Kwaja Gareeb Nawaj had no ill will against any other religion and people loved him irrespective of their faith. This song is really soul stirring becuse of its immense love of Gareeb Nawaj.
