Great, ballsy coach, I'll give him that. But goddamn, he's an asshole and a terrible person. Back in 2000, he gave some IU student shit about not showing him proper respect when he simply said "Hey, Knight, what's up?"

all he did was grab the kid by the arm and told him to call him Coach Knight.

Bobby Knight is a saint... The best coach to ever coach the sport. His players would play the game right, not the bull shit that basketball is now

LISTEN Bobby Knight was a fantastic College Basketball Head Coach with the only exception that he had a very hard time dealing with pressure.

September 10th 2000 was the darkest day in the State of Indiana when the most beloved Sports Figure in Hooiser Country was fired.

Remember the nice things that the General did for the Hooiser Basketball Program especially the sucess Bobby had and forget the negative moments.

May have been a great coach but most kids between 6-8 years of age have learned to not act out like this. Bobby Knight has serious control issues that made him dangerous.

Yes, Bobby Knight did have some anger problems, but apparently his coaching style is effective since he is the winning-est coach in NCAA history. Hoosiers basketball hasn't been the same since he left either.
