  • @THERAPTURECOMES In Matt 5:17, Jesus assures us that He did not come to destroy the law but to fulfil it. In verse 19, He states that we are not only to obey the law but we are to teach it also. Despite the clear instructions of Jesus that we are not only to OBEY the law but we are to TEACH it also, there are those that not only do not teach the law but they teach the law has ended and even severely condemn and criticize those that do teach the law.

  • @THERAPTURECOMES Do we break the law because we are no longer under the law? God forbid. The only way to be under the law is to break the law. When you break the law willingly you bring yourself under it’s condemnation. This is why Paul says “God forbid”. We are no longer under the law, or under sin, or under it’s condemnation. Why?

Because Jesus Christ took the condemnation for us.

  • @THERAPTURECOMES Gal 5 is not talking about God's Ten Commandment Law it is talking about the law of circumcision. Those certain Jews who professed to follow Jesus came and said, “you know what, what Paul said was good, you must accept Jesus as your Saviour, but you also need to be circumcised to receive salvation.” Paul showed them wrong as Scripture has shown you wrong. Those who are saved keep the 10 Commandments God's Law.

  • @THERAPTURECOMES You really need to do a through study of Scripture. You are taking it out of context and reading into it false teachings. I have provided you with ample Scripture to refute your argument and you present no Scripture to back up what you say but rather given your opinion, I go by Scripture not man's opinion,

  • @THERAPTURECOMES ...if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. Matt 19:17

If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15

    I love Him Do you?

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 1John 5:2-3

  • @THERAPTURECOMES Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Rom 3:31

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Rev 22:14

According to Scripture if you don't keep the Commandments you don't have the right to the tree of life.

  • @garyzw Are you speaking of the ten commandments when you say this? Is this not SDA double speak? You say in one breath that the law does not save and then in the very next breath say that if you don't keep the law you are not saved.

Please explain this failing of exegesis on your part?

  • @THERAPTURECOMES He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1John 2:4

  • @THERAPTURECOMES The Law is not bondage. Scripture says "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." 1John 5:3

  • @garyzw Why would you bring yourself under bondage to the law if you have been set free from it by the Death, burial and resurrection of Christ?

If a person whom claims to believe does not follow the law are they even saved?
