One of Billys goals was to develop a Charlie Chaplin character, and work for Universal Studios. He realized this ambition in 1990, when he was employed at the Universal Studios theme park in Orlando. Here, he has also played the role of Harpo Marx, and other look-alike characters. His role as Chaplin took him to major cities all over America, and to many different countries, such as Canada, England, Germany, the Bahamas, and Japan. He helped to open Japans Universal theme park and worked there for a year.
